INSTALLATION OF DG SET
The DG Set is supplied with built in fuel tank, control panel and charged batteries & lube oil in the engine.
At the time of unloading of the DG Set and placing the DG Set on to the foundation, kindly ensure a space of approx. 1000 mm is left on all four sides of the DG Set, so that servicing of DG Set could be done easily.
Before commissioning, the DG Set, has to be connected with body and neutral earthing, along with the necessary cabling as per the details given below.
In case of any query regarding installation kindly do refer "The KOEL(Kirloskar) Manual" provided by the company along with the DG Set or call on 9910495849 or email- sales@timkenservices.com.
The earthing strip needs to be connected to the body and the neutral of the DG Set.
Please refer Chart A for earthing and Cable sizes for respective DG Set.
We recommend to use 2 Nos. Body Earthing and 2 Nos. Neutral Earthing for each DG Set.

The commissioning of the DG Set is done trained technician of the company. It advisable to kindly give a days intimation to the company, before the commissioning of DG Set.
Service Dealer Network:-
Once the DG Set has been commissioned and in order to have trouble free operation, please do contact the nearest service dealer in your area. It is the responsibility of the service dealer to attend the complaints regarding the DG Set during the warranty period. However the day to day maintenance of the DG Set shall be done by the customer itself.
In case you feel, you could also take an annual maintenance contract (AMC) from the Service Dealer.
