Silent features

The company has set up a state of art manufacturing facility at IMT Manesar (Gurgaon) for manufacturing of electrical control panels.

These are manufactured on floor area of 32000 Square feet, spread in 2 floors.

The products are manufactured using latest CNC Turrent punch press and bending press specially imported from 'AMADA' Japan. The sheet metal is pre treated with eight tank process and then powder coated on conveyrsid power coating plant.

The switchgear is then mounted on the sheet metal, so provided and complete with necessary wiring as per control circuit is provided.

Our products are duly approved by CPRI Bhopal and confirms to Indian standard IS 8623.

Tests


Routine tests are conducted on power control centers in accordance with IS : 8623 and comprise of-

  • Inspection of the power control center including inspection of wiring and electrical operational tests, where necessary.
  • Dielectric tests with high voltage tester.
  • Insulation test with 1000 volts / 500 volt megger.
  • Checking of protective measures and electrical continuity of protective circuits.

  • IS: 4064- Fuse Switch and Switch Fuse Units for voltage not exceeding 1000V AC.
  • IS: 9224- H.R.C. fuse links.
